As a lifelong Nevadan, I have followed the principles that have made this state great: limited government and a tax environment that allows for business growth. The Board of Washoe County Commissioners, under my leadership as Chairman for 3 consecutive years did not raise any business nor individual tax without a vote of those that would be affected.
